Does anyone who uses a paracord sling have any issues with stretching or accuracy in rainy conditions?

No
I've slinged in the rain a lot and don't have any issues with my dyneema paracord sling.
I find wind does more than rain.

No, both paracord and Polypropylene slings do just fine in the rain.

I'm sure it's just me.. not the sling. I've been getting out less due to the weather, which seems like a likely explanation for my decrease in accuracy in the rain recently.
