I've been wanting to get back to using my bolas (boleadoras/bola/lug nuts tied to paracord) so I had a look around for some videos and found this one. Now it is technically in Spanish but a picture is worth a thousand words and video is worth a lot of pictures. One really interesting thing which I haven't seen before (and that I now really want to try out) turns up at about the 3:15 mark where the guy shows a particular way to carry the bolas which then makes it easy to deploy and lead into a throw almost instantly. I really need to find a good stick and get out into the local field before it gets too cold
