Hi everyone, my name is Jonas im 26 years old and from Hamburg. I'm a new member but i'm slinging since a few years now(maybe 4). I was just looking for some good how-to videos for making a slingshot, when i saw the first videos of slinging with slings. Made two slings on the same day and since then i am addicted . I know the page slinging.org since then but now, finally i joined. Want to thank you guys for all the inspirational work. Maybe i get to know some german slingers aswell. Excuse me if i do some mistakes im not a native speaker Thats it see you guys in the forum.

Thearos. Yes I often sling into the Elbe I love to be there, but there are two problems. First of all there are almost no good slinging stones. Second no targets. And last, its often very crowded especially during summertimes. Sometimes me and my friends go there during the nights to have a bonfire, then I sling glowing coals into the river. I'll make a video of it next time.

I remember the area you mean, I think-- full of posh restaurants that sell "Schollen", sole in butter, and a good beach where people light fires and drink Jever. Geologically not sling country.
