Any Slingers in Los Angeles?

I am working with a film student who is trying to complete a project centered on Michelangelo's marble sculpture of David. I am working on the sling, but the student needs to find someone to teach slinging in the LA area. Anybody near LA that can help?

Go to Paleoplanet and see if there is a slinger near you. Chris sold a lot of slings, surely there are a few around. His handle is Paleoarts and you can reach him through Paleoplanet.
