Rugby style tennis balls?

I know I've seen a picture of one somewhere, and I was wondering if anyone knows what they're actually called? Because of their shape similarity to glandes, I want to get a few and see how they perform.

I know about rugby ball shaped golf balls from CHOT, but not tennis balls. I have already tried the mini American footballs but they always wobble when they are slung. I think they are too large.

never seen ovoid tennis balls. Not even in a pound shop !

The ovoid golf balls were originally invented for cross golf, a golf variant that originated in new zealand and never really seemd to take off.

The only thing I can find is a kong dog toy:

...

But I know that Kong squeaker toys are far too light for slinging and I'm sure I've seen a proper tennis ball style construction but I can't for the life of me remember where is was.

These would work for the same purpose, are about as durable, and are heavier.

I would just post the pic, but it won't let me download and post it.

Thanks. How did you do that?
Whenever I tried to copy URL or download the pic, it wouldn't let me.
