Thanks bud I appreciate it. I started throwing helicopter over the head than found if I begin the twirl behind me I can really use my lower body and also my arm more powerfully as I step into the throw. Kinda like Livermore does in a few of his vids I've seen Wink

Dude! Who knew Val Kilmer was a slinger!  Grin

Seriously though, it looks alright. Slinging is a very personal thing, but if I were you I'd try bringing your slinging hand a bit further back from your head.

Like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7EW3zflrfY Specifically take a look at 0:14 and 0:18.

I think you are limiting your tourque a bit by having it clos like that.

Try it out and see which works best for you.  Smiley

I'll second what Dan says, extend your arm backwards to get more power.

HarHar Val Kilmer I'm flattered..!

Dan and DavidMorningstar I will work on my throw as you both have wisely instructed tomorrow.  Both of you and i know that you are dead on with your evaluation. I already know you're right. Not only because I respect your experience but because I just know through my own experience as you both well already understand.

Thank you,
Matthew

I am a poor teacher, so I do not let criticism or advice. But I would like to see the Squirrelslinger throws.

HuntsmanSling@: looked good. I would like to see yet throws structures.

I agree with David and Dan.  Your style is very good but you can refine it.  Bring your rotor as far back behind you as you can during your wind up.  This will give you a lot more power without more effort.
