Nope, it depends to what you add to the pudding:

- silk flavor: 1 pt.
- forget ropes inside pudding: -10 pts.
- blood: 10 pts.  Cheesy

Greetings,
Mauro.

Not a sport for me, but "back when" there was a short-lived TV series based on the comic strip The Phantom. Lothar, the Phantom's sidekick, said that his uncle represented his country in "javelin catching". His uncle was strong and brave but not too bright.

During nazi germany they had grenade throwing..stick grenade duds..My version would be live ones.
Longer throw than egg grenades, large blast, short shrapnel radius,so the public could survive with safety glasses and earplugs. They could also hide behind plexiglass too,and have free heart rate checksCheesy There could be a port a potty at 50m,with the door open. Throwing the grenade inside would be challenging and rewarded.

I know slinging is out,but i would like to see horseback slinging, also try it some more.(I tried it once)

I'd like to participate in endurance longsleeping  Wink
There would be different categories like: undisturbed sleeping, sleeping with little interruption (like with miaowing cat, talking people in the next room or a bit music), medium interruption (every 5 minutes the bed will shake) and strong interruption (rock 'n roll, do I have to say more  Huh).
The one who wakes up last will win.

They should add bear wrestling. That would add a nice element of excitement. The one who survives past 15 minutes wins. Shocked

Racing in armor. There would be different eras, pre, medieval, modern. Pre would be during classical greek age with hoplite armor. Hoplite armor would be around 60 pounds, mostly on the torso and arm (shield). Medieval would be around 80 (assuming high quality), depending on quality. It would hinder some movement, but would be very evenly distributed across the body. No shield, but the helmet would limit view. Finally modern would be normal tactical loadout. It would be by far the heaviest, maybe 120-140 pounds. There would be clunky pieces of whatever tactical gear you have hanging around. The distances would be 200, 400, 800, 1 mile, 5k. Terrain would be uneven, rocky.

Cheesy The olympics would need some of us,among it's organizers.

Launching people\politicians with huge trebuchets to set inflatable swimming pools. If you set the swimming pool to the correct distance you win. If you don't,you die Cheesy
P.s. don't take this serious

I love bk's idea about bear wrestling.  That would be one I'd be sure to watch.  My first response isn't all that funny.  I find it insane that at a time when "sports" like snowboarding are Olympic events bowling is not.  Bowling would make an excellent Olympic event.  I'd love to see it added.
Another good one would be hot wing eating.  That's an event I'd actually stand a chance of winning the gold in.
    Good question, BTW.

Tree climbing, blowgun. lumberjacking events like log spinning.  Let's add knobkerri throwing to the list and put a target up in front of the javelin throwers, as most of the members know, throwing long distances is fun but hits are what counts.
