slingingrat Funditor I never miss the rock allways hits something Posts: 533 Gender:	Slinging at church Jun 14^th, 2012, 4:51pm Ok so i started a youth group at my church and one of the frist things they learned about was the sling in the bible and i made them all seat belt slings and showed they how to use them now when we go on trips most of them have a sling with them to the point that when we went to get tee shirts made this is what they choose Red for the boys

They also have a prize table they get points for things like bringing there bible bringing a friend doing good stuff and so on then they can use these points to buy the prizes so i try to keep the prizes good by asking the youth what they would want to see up there and one of the girls said she wanted an all pink sling Grin

so here is the pic of the all pink sling

And now slings are one of the top things on the table

Shirts are really cool, but as I read the title I thought:"Oh no... not again!"
Cause when I was an archer I found myself and my teacher out in the wild, we found this abandoned Medieval church and we throw arrows to its door Cheesy

It was a common practice here in Italy during the Middle Age, and we didn't mean to offend God, we were just testing our skills.
Glad that you are promoting slinging this way, well done!
