Perhaps 'relatively sane' is a better way to put it. As perpetualstudent said, some might consider it crazy to whip a rock around your head as hard as you can, or 'relocate' stones in high end restruants to your pockets, or spending thousands of hours practicing with an incredibly difficult to learn ancient weapon when there are so many more effective modern weapons avialble for a good price.

"Mother Goddess" types. Amerind beliefs generally include a female deity as well, though the Indian gods seem to be (at least from my memory) to be a rather egalitarian bunch.
