Two satisfying hits - video

Yesterday I had a chance to film my slinging fun in better quality than before. I recorded some nice hits... and misses. I decided that it would be better to show you only an example of the first ones Cheesy

Alas, I had the camera in my hands first time and didn't know that recording of sounds was off. That is why I added some music instead.

That is the best tennis ball slinging I have ever seen. You seem to have completly figured out the drop rate. Great job!

I use almost the exact same style you do except I start off with a preliminary 'greek sidearm' rotation and then a normal rotation, and then the release rotation. So about 1/3rd more rotation because it starts infront of me instead of at my side.

Such a distance with tennis balls is beyond my thinking, I tried tennis balls and they were easily blown over. Compensating for that is not easy. It´s a great shot followed by an equally amazing feat.

Actually such hits are a consolation price for all misses that happen much more often. They seem to be beyond my concious perception and always amaze me. There is the Polish proverb: Man shots, God carries bullets. Maybe it really works in this way Cheesy

Great accuracy Yurek! I could never do that with tennis balls.

One question, Are these shots arcing to the right like most of your shots? I can't tell. It always amazes me how you can factor in the sideways movement that your shots have from all the spin as seen in your other videos.
