all these people are improvising. The last video was recorded in the same place where we had our headquarter during our archaeological researches.
It was amazing to be awakened by this sound! The main reason to party was to celebrate the making of "vino cotto", a particular wine that can only be made in early October.
My mom's aunt was a dancer in one of these "bands", and they were filmed by a famous Italian director in 1968: http://www.urbanitas.it/storia.htm
