That style has always felt incomplete to me and I didn't see how you could get much power out of it. I'm impressed. I might have to give that style a shot.

And is one of the most powerful throwing styles around. But you have to use your waist and body to generate power That guy had pretty decent form. If he stopped holding the pouch befor the throw - it would be even better.
