You're just showing off.
Mine is chicken breasts cooked on a bed of brown rice with bell peppers, onions, pineapple, garlic and soy/coke in a dutch oven over coals while telling ghost stories to terrified boy scouts on a dark and scary night................................

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Seriously Fletch. I'm probably going to have to break open the Dutch Oven and try that. It sounds great. Maybe even bake a few biscuits on the lid.

Can't say I have a real comfort food, but when I'm sick a mug of my wife's
chawanmushi
, or however it would be spelled, makes me feel a lot better. It's a sort of non-sweet custard with seafood in it, a bit salty, eaten with a spoon.
