When I go bear hunting all I take is a bat and when I find the bear I give him the bat to make things even&&&&When the goverment takes all the guns who ever has the most swords axes clubs spears bows and slings WILL RULE THE WORLD A HAHAHAHAHAHAHA sorry did I say that out loud

What I like about it is that you know that every last bit of that animal that can possibly used will be used.  If that poor beast has to suffer and die at least it will be for a useful purpose.  Hunting like that would be very interesting.

I might do it differesntly but at least as Rat Man said, as long as the death is quick and every part of the animal is used, that's what's really important.

Excellent video.  It's nice to see that some primitive projectile weapons are still being used for their intended purpose.

Good demo of proper harpoon usage.
Heavy shaft and detatchable, barbed head with line attached to create drag and marker.
The harpoon shown below should never, repete; NEVER be used for hunting seal. (Teliban, Yes! Seals, NO!)

Dispatch by rifle was good idea.
Continued stress of the animal toughens the meat and a bow might not have been as swift.
This is a harvest after all, not sport.

you have to get past the pile of sheet on rhier head first, then uou have to shave thier beard to get to the meast
