It's so sad to realize how anti-immigration some people are. Not even anti-immigration, just anti- anyone who isn't the same ethnicity as them. Let's face it, we've got evidence to suggest we're all descended from some primates in Africa. This whole "you're not my ethnicity, you're bad" is so incredibly sad. Where did the education system lose these people? We're all freaking immigrants if you go back far enough for the most part, and we've all assimilated. Just look at the U.S.A. Many ethnicities, one nation, though we've had our troubles.

my answer: your completely right, looking through history, anything different has always been considered bad. can't understand it? wage war against it until you do. i mostly side with liberals in that i would prefer a system where to enter the US you have to be legal, and illegals will be immediately sent back to wherever they came from. however, getting a green card should be extremely simple- background check, basic medical procedures, proof that your going to do something or stay permanently and be law abiding. while there will still be tons of immigrants, at least they'll be paying taxes.

Hardly. You have to specifically ban immigration from Arab countries, add a border system that involves shooting anyone who tries to cross, and add the ability to deport people based on them not having their ID card on them at one particular time. Oh, and you have to just deport everyone to Mexico, regardless of their home country.

Even the Frank people originated from southern part of Germany

So no, Angles don't come from France.

And to be pricky, in historical times, the Romans too invaded what is now France.
The British, the Prussian and the German too... a bit later :p
Some may say that when the Celts came, it was already "historical" times, since writing was already invented... and that's the difference between history and prehistory

So we can be a bit broader and say that Europe is a big mess of invaders' left over :p

Yep, Angeln is placed just south of the Danisk/German border, in the area that the Germans stole from Denmark.

The Normans were descendants of vikings. They invaded the Saxon England and eventually formed a people that was called Anglo-Saxon.

BTW: Some Brits say that England has never been invaded - riiight! England was Danish for a long time. Later Roman. Then came the Normans. Now it is being overrun again Wink
