First, I draw the contour of the knife on a peace on a solid carton, then I consider how the sheath shall looks later.

I use cowleather 2-3mm No. 1: Frontside No. 2+3: Peaces to equalizing the thickness of the handle No. 4: The peace in the middle No. 5+6: Peaces to equalizing the thickness of the handle on backside No. 7: Backside, with the strip for the belt loop
