I didn't make any criticisms, merely some observations.
Don't take everything so personal
Heavier is not better - I thought - is self explanatory.
If you go for a slinging session and start small and work your way up, after about 4 oz things start going shorter distances and your arm hurts more: ergo, heavier is not better
I did qualify my answer by pointing out that what you need is density and an aerodynamic shape and good technique.
Again - i thought - self explanatory
And again, just general observations not having a go at anyone
