Now that looks like an interesting pouch. Thank you for pointing us to it! Are there instructions for it or would I need to figure it out by the picture?

The knot for the pouch you can make by printing the photo at the size you want the pouch to be pin your string to the picture.
The knot at both sides is the lanyard knot, also called chinese button knot or two strand diamond knot.
I would make a 2 strand Mathew Walker Knot instead, that is smaller and less likely to be in the way of the ammo.

hello Dravonk...
...almost any CAD program can draw knot diagrams:

 ...

...this diagram was made with ProPro bCAD 3.9 (Standard Edition)
...you can download this program at:

  http://www.propro.ru/eng/

...using bCAD 3.9 you can easily draw many variations of
this sling knot!!...
...there are several other nice programs for drawing these
types of knots....i don't know the websites....

Would the knot loose its shape when you pull at both sides of it?

hello Dravonk & FunSlinger...
...whether or not the knot would collapse might depend
on whether you made it with one strand or two??...also there
must be dozens of little designs you could make for these
little pouches if you used a CAD program...and the type of
cord might make a difference too....
...i've been putting sources for different cords in
The Pineapple Knot Forum >Knotical Resources:

http://knotical-arts.com/pineapple/index.php

...as for the small knot, the knot shown is the "sailor's knife
lanyard knot" (diamond knot)....the Matthew Walker Knot would
work great....there is a whole chapter in ABOK on single strand
lanyard knots....and another chapter on double strand lanyard
knots!....that ocean plait (prolong) knot sling looks great!...

Dan, I think not everyone here knows what's ABOK...
So for everyone's interest and/or curiosity: Ashley Book Of Knots by Clifford W. Ashley - AKA the bible of knots
