Thanks, I spread it out over three days so perhaps about 10 hours for the braided part and a few more hours to sew on the leather. It should last for a long time. Surprisingly, the nylon tassel degraded very quickly so I re-braided it with just sisal and it's now much better.

Nice. Since you know how to make these you can sling without worrying too much about the tassle as you can always repair it

Jauke, I like it! Looks sturdy.

WOTS, that is a pretty balearic. When you made this, how much attention did you need to pay to keeping each individail strand twisted?

I have always had trouble when braiding to keep the braid from doing like a half or full rotation along its length. What is your method for keeping even tension on each strand to avoid twisting?

Nice braid. However, I recommend going to a flat pouch so good stones can roll out of the pouch more easily and get more consistent spin on release.

+1, or at least a lot flatter. Too cupped and it can affect release, especially with less than perfect ammo.

Here is a rock man i made for a coworker who is moving out to Alaska.  Plus a few seatbelt slings. I am jealous of him, so the next best thing i could think of was have some slings i made in the state. I was just playing around with the jute cord after tge release knot and combed it out. Like it alit better.
