That's looking better than my first sling and a lot better than my first woven sling Cheesy

What a great photo!  It looks like that's going to be a very nice sling.  Thanks for sharing Jaegoor.

Sling made from slick UHMWPE 2" webbing and 1.8mm cord.
EStar stopper knot for release, and a large loop to make two finger loops when folded over.
The webbing is attached to the cord using the seatbelt 'M' method, but with the ends of the 'M' folded up again so that it looks like 3 V's side by side (call it the 3V method?).
Interestingly when the cords are pulled, the sides of the pouch come up as extra insurance against stone-slippage.
The sling is 34" and weighs 7.1g

Thanks!
Just took it out for a spin for a few hours, and it's a fantastic sling. Very efficient and powerful, but I feel its slightly too long for my liking (I feel I could get similar performance out of something a bit shorter). No wear to the pouch at all, a little amount of wear to the release cord but mostly superficial. It looks as though it will last quite a long time.

My second attempt at a sisal Balearic sling, using fibres from twisted rope.
After a few slinging sessions it's a bit dirty, but just as functional.
It has a slightly waxed pouch for extra abrasion resistance.
To combat the deterioration of the end of the release cord, I added second tassel that is easily replaceable.
