Hi all.

Went to the golf driving range yesterday to sling some. I asked for the manager to get permission to sling.... and all of a sudden I did not know how to tell him what I was planning to do and what to call myself. So, after a couple of seconds of silence I called myself a SLINGER, he replied with WHAT????.
So again I said a slinger, errrr, like David and Goliath. Yes, yes, he replied now I know.

After all that it was easy. He just asked about my range and acuracy since he does not want to loose any of his balls. 

So by the way. range is still some 150m to 200m without too much of an effort.

Great distance, btw.

I've had similar experience here in St. Louis.  People are impressed with the distance the mighty sling can generate.  I'm surprised a "new version" of golf hasn't been invented, as some folks have done with frizbee's.

You could actually play golf usig a frisbee golf coarse. The target are the perfect hieght just use tennis balls instead of rocks. You might not get the range you want with tennis balls but at least it would be safe.

I have played "sling golf" on a normal golf course just be sure to bring a short sling for the puts 15" inch or so I put underhanded
