here are some warm up's that really help me to be more accurate when I start throwing first thing in the morning thing

Thanks! The older I get, the more important warming up properly becomes. If I'm just tossing tennis balls for the dog, I often skip warmup (because I'm throwing more gently), but if I put any effort into it without warming up, I hurt later.
