HA HA HA Aussie. I remember when I got my first package from you my name was Michael Pancakelover. I still have that envelope laying around here somewhere. Grin

maybe 30-36 inches folded? just when your attaching the cords, cut it long, and then shorten it to what length you find feels right. whne you get there, then make the knots final

I am not too proud to admit I squealed like a little girl as I opened the mail box to find an envelope from Australia!! You sir are an exceptional person. The icing on the cake?

The newspaper it was wrapped in was from my birthday. Cool huh?

Thanks again. I will surely pay this forward soon.

Boy, or should I say Bro2, this really is a 'how long is a piece of string' question. Answer depends on so many factors, not least of which is personal preference and especially the style you use. Kids suggestion of 36" is probably a touch on the long side but a reasonable start and you can always shorten the cords as he says. I like closer to 30" myself.

For a good style to begin (and stick with if it suits you) have a look at the video clip by Jystykys, several posts above, (May, 29th) My own favourites are Fig.8, overhead and sidearm variations.

If you haven't already seen the FAQ, then I recommend it as there are lots of pointers to info all in one place, makes searching easy.
