Making Tibetan slings (Read 1260 times)

How would you get a loop at each end(one for the wrist loop and one for the detachable cracker)? And how do they make the cradle? Do the weave it or what? Thanks

You just tie the cracker to that. The other end is made almost like a split pouch, the braid is divided into two smaller braid and then braided back together for a short length. The cradle? beats the hell out of me! I think it is some kind of kniting method.
