I've quoted an aricle a few times in various posts, and said it was in the articles section. I've looked again, and can't find it. It must have been when I first started looking at slinging that I found it, it may even have had a link to here, and hence, how I found "here".
 
Anyhow, it was a short piece by an Israeli officer who took his men out grenade practice throwing. One soldier sat during a break and made a sling and began to use it. The other soldiers and the officer remarked what a novel may it was to throw granades. The soldier replied that in [African country with a Jewish pop] "...that is how we are trained to launch grenades".
 
Anyone else read it, seen it, know how to find it and post a link?
