lord_of_destruction Tiro Offline I love Slinging.org! Posts: 33	Fishing Rod May 20^th, 2006 at 8:28am I was wondering if any of guys know a way to make your own fishing rod that you carring in a backpack or pocket i already have one but was wondering is there a way to make a more portable one.

That's just what came to mind. Or forget the rod and just use a hand-line.

If I remember correctly they were only around $35 at the time.
