Odd Teacher Names... (Read 6397 times)

For example, consider these. Erland Cho Meghann (Two "n"s) Jenifer (One "n") And those are just the beginning of some teacher names at my school...

Reply #4 - Dec 14^th, 2005 at 7:33pm I still remember last year when I was delivering the attendence for that teacher, it only said E. Patterson. I always stuggled to find out what his first name was, and then when someone asked him a few times, then he finally said it was Erland. I never though of that, I always thought that it was Eric. (Dont ask why)

Reply #5 - Dec 14^th, 2005 at 7:51pm I had a math teacher, (female) named Mrs. Manly. Strange thing was, was that it was a fitting name. I could have sworn more than once she walked into class with the slightest hint of a mustache. My 9th grade Phys-Ed teacher was Mrs. Birdsong, and in my 3rd grade language class, the teacher was named Ms. Fails.

I just noticed, there are 3 teachers with the first name of Stacy and 2 with the first name of Timothy in my school...thats out of about 50 staff members.

My daughters teachers are Mr Winterbottom, Ms Ofusu-Amaah, and the startlingly named Ms Lovely, who is about 21 and indeed IS very lovely.

You would imagine at Teacher training college they would say 'You are not going to teach kids with a name like Winterbottom, change it to Smith".

The Girls call him Mr Snowbum (giggle giggle)
