We will have A organized event. compete with celtic music, bag pipes and a working black smith lol! Hmmm maybe I should contact the local SCA.

Is there a local sca group around here?

If i was to suggest a place that would be good for everyone, it would have to be the Fayteville or the fort smith area.

Even though it is pretty nice and scenic with a lot of places to sling up here in nothern arkansas. Lots of rivers, lakes, state parks, and hills with lots of rocks opn them to sling

Lets leave the SCA outta this if possible. Now If you are seroius I could see if some friends of mine in to Celtic Martial Arts ( read Scottish and Irish) might be intrested in something like this.

Out in the woods somewhere. Public land is great. State park might work but just old fashioned public land would work.
