i have been hitting a dumpster  about once a week  now  and  have more then enough chips and beef jerky  to last a month  or more

you'd eat jerky out of a dumpster ?
Please tell us it was still sealed in packaging :-)

So lobo - nobody actually asked: - did you fly to reno JUST to pick up the stones or was that simply a side issue ?

I'm afraid I have to confess that I'm not addicted:-
Mostly only sling when walking dogs, only use picked up stones, only have one sling (I'll make another one when this one dies) can't do a cartwheel, have never damaged anything except the odd fence post, have never taken food or sling supplies from a dumpster, never made a sling at work - nope not even from duct tape.

I'm just going to go somewhere and hang my head in shame :-(

slingwolf, how large are these bags, because i have found that in an hour of slinging i can go through maybe 30 pounds of rocks, all about 2-4 ounces each.

Ah see now if you'd gone there specifically for the stones and still only bought two small packages back - THAT would definitely be sling addiction. But just picking a few up while you were there on other business - even I'd do that :-)

Though it begs the question if you had no other luggage why didn't you use the whole luggage allowance for stones ? :-)
Or even ship them back via post lol

is '#' number of stones or lbs ?
'cos 60 stones isn't much :-)
But 60 lbs is reasonable lol

Ah well to me that '#' is a hash sign and signifys the thing you get asked to push on answer phone services and bugger all else.

'£' that is a pound sign and 'lb' is usually used to denote pounds in weight.

Either way 60lbs of rocks each, is fairly respectable lol.

American pounds, aren't they a little less than half a kilo each?
