The belt.. always handy.. always lethal!

Get a big belt buckle!  Practice drawing and smashing up pumkins!

Funny you should mention this! i've amused the people at work by whipping off my belt at the end of the night and using it to switch off the light switches or close doors, or just popping it like a whip. I've had this belt for several years, and it's now a nice piece of 4 strip braided leather that has become supple enough to wrap around door handles or pop accurately. Great piece of weaponry, and totally innocous looking!

And of course, if it has a big buckle, it can be used as a makeshift sling.  I have a belt from Fort Worth (from a proper cowboy shop) with a buckle about as big as a shoe.  'Tis most cool.

Now there is an idea!  Sling your dog at your opponent, of course unless the dog is over a few pounds...

I remember reading some where that during WWII leathernecks would have large brass buckles on their belt and would use them to good effect in bar room brawls.

Now you are talking!  How about a pound of brass at the end of 42 inches of leather!

Slinging.org people are progressive preservers of pre-historic protective, pantry-packing, and post-paleolithic parabellum practices...and they're also generally REALLY COOL!  Their bootlaces are their arsenal, and the world is their ammo dump!
