under what name is the sling throw WR? "longest sling shot" ;D
I passed it a couple of times because I thought it would be some kind of a joerg sprave huge slingshot

I was searching for more info about the older throws, nothing found... :(

yeah, guinness basically don't differentiate between a dart thrown by a length of cord and a stone thrown by an actual traditional sling.

I suppose I could probably get them to re-classify the two throws as there really isn't any sensible reason for having them both in the same category.

Larry brays throw is the traditional sling record.

Never occured to me to try and get it changed before :-)

I'll look into it.
