most noodlers i know, myself included, hold our noodles just like jesus is holding his hand in the pic.  the binding(loop, to u slinging types) is snug on the pointer finger, where one's wig around is, and the release node is held between the pointer and middle fingers......the thumb is not incorporated...so even lower primates can do it...
anyway, perhaps there is one of two other things to suggest such if one looks closely enough, check it out for urself...i'll point out another one later on this week.

Okay, so what's a noodler.

The figure looks like he's either waving or giving a benediction.
He's not eating noodles :noidea:
Also looks a lot like the mona lisa - same model maybe ? Or both are self portraits.

presumably the crystal globe means something.

amongst my click a noddle is a single piece of string, tied(not woven or braided) to form a sling.  a noodler is a slinger who uses noodles. 

it has it's own terminology around us.  like the loop'' on a sling is called 'the binding' on a noodle.  the socket or pouch of a sling, if tied to produce only three strings forming the pouch, is a 'womb'...if more than three, it is called 'a hammock'.

  by name; there are no knots.  if one gets an unwanted knot in their noodle  from throwing, it is called, "a spur".

the knots that make up the womb or hammock are called 'keepers'.  the release node is the node or more commonly, 'the stopper'. 

but all critics of my little theory on the painting are prolly just jealous that jesus and i use the same noodling style....

or perhaps, it was just a simple case of mr. da vinci
using jesus as a symbolism to prophesy the then coming advent of RS the noodler...just sayin'...maybe.

but on a serious note:  yes the orb does have a small something, but the x on the chest...i will touch on it later.  it is semi long and i do not feel the energy to do it tonite.

but yeah it kind of does look mona lisa-ish  :D
