Title: Any Slingers in Los Angeles?

I am working with a film student who is trying to complete a project centered on Michelangelo's marble sculpture of David. I am working on the sling, but the student needs to find someone to teach slinging in the LA area. Anybody near LA that can help?

I believe Paleoarts and myself are the only core members in So-Cal. (an possibly someone from Riverside?)

Unfortunately, I'm without a car for awhile, so yeah :p

I think Chris moved to northern Cali not too long ago. Go to Paleoplanet and see if there is a slinger near you. Chris sold a lot of slings, surely there are a few around.

His handle is Paleoarts and you can reach him through Paleoplanet.

I'm in Lompoc, about 3-4 hours north of LA. I'm no champion slinger, I've only been at it for about a year but I can probably help with the basics.
