Oh, I read this btw. It's looking at the sling bullets found in Crete. Most of them are names, a few of them probably are insults (the usual pattern). She notes that a lot of the so-called insults are names, in the Greek world; she gives some of the fun ones

"HYSE" might means "it rained", which might be fitting for tactical situations.

She tries to imagine what it was like to get hit with a sling bullet which also had insulting inscription. Answer: not very nice.
