Thought it was interesting.  (Though I don't like mobs.)

Yes..our neighbours are resourcefull. That sling was quite a small one compared to what most of us use... And it looks like a simple cloth folded in half, like it was made on the go .

Interesting to see people use one though, shows that obviously some people have still heard of the traditional sling as a weapon and know roughly how its used. We have rioting just a few streets away from me here and no one has any knowledge of the sling or staff slings here. To be honest it is for the best, because if they did use them, then I wouldnt be able to practise down in the park :P
Hope for any Greeks we have on the forum that stuff calms down soon enough and that no one you know gets injured in the troubles.

the one guy had a really short sling :P sure you don't need lots of room for a 1 foot sling, but really?

Hmmm... never liked mobs...

...and if my state outlaws slings because they were used in a riot overseas, I'm going to be mad (not to mention breaking the law)...
