does anyone know how the chinese remainder theorem works?????? It about a man name Qin Jiushao aka Ch'in Chiu-shao.

yeah, I can see that from the link.  But what is required? do you just need to do a sumary from the article?  or solve problems with his discoveries? or do math samples? what is it? there isn't much I can help you with if I don't know what you need to do.

I was a little confused.  You said that the report is about Quin Jiushao and you need to know how the Chinese Remainder Theorem.  But as far as I understand, the Chinese Remainder Theorem was not written by Quin Jiushao but rather by Sun Zi.

Anyway, I couldn't figure out how it work niether! :P

yes but i qin work was base on that(chinese ramainder theorm).  But in a super duper complex as hell way(he made up remainder equation).
